PARADISE, Texas (AP) A 7-year-old Texas girl has been found dead, two days after being reported missing, and a FedEx delivery driver arrested in her death, authorities said. Josue Archaga Ramirez, 37, Joliet, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on April 25 within the space of Weber Highway and South Carillon and charged with aggravated rushing and with no insurance coverage. Tuesday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Upon arrival they found a woman dead and a man nearby who had been shot and injured. Native residents are reminded that legal fees dont equate to a responsible discovering and that suspects are presumed harmless till confirmed responsible.
